Y SIGNS ("we", "us", or "our") aims to provide high-quality custom neon signs and related products. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product does not match the approved design

3. Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for custom orders unless they are damaged, defective, or do not match the approved design. Please carefully review and approve all design proofs before production begins.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product at admin@ysignsled.com
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions
  4. Return the product in its original packaging, if instructed to do so

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Exchanges

For damaged or defective products, we may offer to exchange the product instead of issuing a refund. Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible for custom orders.

8. Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

9. Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please take photos and contact us immediately. Do not discard the packaging as it may be required for insurance claims.
